If there is a problem with the product you can return unused bongs only. We cannot legally accept returns of used items as it is against federal law.
If you would like to return a product we will request that you send us a picture of the unused item and a description of the problem. If we agree that the product has not been used and is damaged or we see the problem, we will send you instructions on how to return the item. After we receive the product and inspect it, and agree. We will then Refund your money to your credit card or we can apply it as credit if you would like.
If the problem is ours or from us we will pay for the shipping.
